Our approach to designing homes is to let our clients lead the design effort and to assist that effort with a solid understanding of how buildings and construction work. Expertise Matters

Design and construction are part of the same discipline. However, many designers elsewhere lack hands-on experience with actual construction. This lack of expertise is passed on to the homeowner in the form of increased construction costs, schedule delays and costly errors. At CWA, we develop elegant and buildable solutions for every design problem. We partner with your general contractor to get the job done right.

In addition to having extensive design and construction expertise, CWA relies on a method of project delivery that keeps every project on schedule and within budget. CWA utilizes Building Information Modeling, 3D visualization and monthly reporting of both budget and schedule so that homeowners have full knowledge of how their projects are performing.
